After you register:

You will receive a confirmation email explaining what happens next
We allocate a GCI Accredited Coach to you
Your coach will contact you to introduce themselves and schedule the first session
Coaching sessions commence via a mutually agreed online video-conferencing app (Zoom, Skype, etc.)
At the end of your coaching block, you have the option to purchase further sessions via the website
Conclude the engagement by completing a coaching feedback form for us

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you must contact your Coach at least 24 hours before your booked time.

If you miss a session without informing your coach to reschedule, this will be considered a no-show and you must pay full price for a replacement session.

All coaching sessions must be used within one year of coach allocation.

In consideration of the Conversations Group Pty Ltd is 12 151 542 282 providing me with training in relation to any matters described in any written materials used, or provided to me, in the course of the provision of training by the Conversations Group Pty Ltd and/or disclosing the contents of those materials to me, I acknowledge that the intellectual property, including the copyright, in all such materials, is held by the Conversations Group Pty Ltd and will only be used by me for my learning and reflection and may not be shared, reproduced or used for any other purpose by me nor will I provide such materials to, or authorise the use of such materials by, another person without the written permission of the Conversations Group Pty Ltd.
