Dr Andrea Giraldez-Hayes
Andrea Giraldez Hayes is a Senior Consultant at Growth Coaching International and is responsible for the development of projects in Ibero America. Passionate about coaching, education and the possibilities of e-learning she designs and supervise online training programmes for educators living all over the world.
She has worked as a consultant for the Ministry of Education in Spain, the Arts Education, Culture and Citizenship Program of the Ibero American States Organization (OEI), the Ministry of Education in Ecuador and the Ministry of Culture in Dominican Republic. She has written more than 30 books and a number of peer-reviewed journal articles.
Andrea defines herself as an everlasting learner, always curious and passionate about education and the possibility to improve teachers and students personal and academic lives. A tireless traveller, she is currently living between London and Madrid.
Andrea has a Bachelor of Arts from UNC (Argentina), a PhD in Philosophy and Education and a Postgraduate Diploma in e-learning (UNED, Spain), a Postgraduate Certificate in Delivery of Soft Skills & Experiential Learning (University of Roehampton) and various diplomas related with coaching: Personal Performance Coach, Youth Impact Coach and NLP Practitioner (The Coaching Academy, UK) and the Coaching Accreditation Program (Growth Coaching International).
