Dean Clayden has extensive experience in international education, serving in leadership roles such as Assistant Principal of Teaching and Learning and Director of Professional Learning. He has worked in a variety of UK and international schools, including two leading institutions in Shanghai, China.

Dean has developed and delivered professional development programs that strengthen both leadership capacity and instructional excellence across school networks. Over the past decade, he has dedicated his career to growing teachers and leaders. As a certified organisational coach, he uses evidence-based strategies to help educators unlock their potential and create lasting positive change in their schools and the communities they serve.

Dean’s expertise draws from positive psychology and research, including his study on the impact of coaching on teacher well-being. He has spoken at global forums such as the International Positive Psychology Association World Congress and Education Festivals in Washington DC, Bangkok, and Shanghai.
