Anne’s role with GCUK is the delivery of coaching programmes to leaders in education. This complements her many years as a business consultant facilitating and training business leaders in transformational organisational change. She started her a career as a mathematics teacher and spent many years in further education as a lecturer and senior lecturer of computing.
As an experienced trainer, qualified coach and Time to Think facilitator, Anne supports leaders in achievement of their business and personal goals. Her engaging and inclusive style results in greater motivation, productivity and creativity in individuals and groups which encourages people to use their newly acquired skills effectively in managing business, cultural and personal change.
Anne has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics (University of St Andrews); Post Graduate Certificates in Secondary Education - Mathematics, Computing (Dundee College of Education); Post Graduate Certificate – Management of Tertiary Education (University of Stirling); Diploma in Executive Coaching (Academy of Executive Coaching). She is an accredited Time to Think facilitator (Time to Think Ltd), an associate member of the Association for Coaching and a volunteer business mentor (Business Mentoring Scotland).Education and Qualifications
