
Alison Robb-Webb

Alison is a highly regarded, professionally qualified executive coach. She has worked in education for over twenty-five years – working in senior leadership positions within schools and across schools. She now works as a coach, academic tutor, facilitator, education adviser and speaker. She is also currently Chair of the Local Board of a small primary school.
Her expertise lies in leadership development. She teaches on the National College of Education’s Senior Leaders Masters Apprenticeship programme as well as coaching leaders at all levels – middle, senior, Headteacher and CEO – in primary, secondary and special school settings. She is interested in new forms of leadership and a keen advocate of school’s using a coaching approach to professionally develop staff, grow capacity and accelerate progress.
